We supply both series and small-batch machined components up to 180 mm in diameter, including assembly and subsequent surface or heat treatment.
We use equipment from renowned brands such as Mazak, Takamaz, Index and Studer for precise and efficient manufacturing.
A fully developed system for automated final inspection.
Specialized 3D laboratories enable detailed analysis of dimensions, shapes and complex geometric features.
We perform measurements directly during the manufacturing process, allowing deviations to be detected early and minimizing scrap rates.
ASTRO KOVO PLZEŇ s.r.o. was founded in 1998, but its history dates back to 1992, when the owner, Miroslav Dušek, started his business as a sole proprietor. Since 1994, the company has been based in Třemošná near Plzeň. We specialize in custom series production of precision turned components using modern CNC machining centres.
We primarily focus on larger orders for international companies and export our products worldwide. Today, we employ more than 70 people and operate in a production area of 2,000 m².
